This week, a journey that began in 2021 has come to an end for me and my classmates, leading us over these two years to obtain, at the I.T.S. Agroalimentare of Viterbo, the higher technical diploma for the enhancement of businesses in the olive oil supply chain, in short, "evologo".

A journey guided by excellent tutors, with highly trained teachers with a particularly high background consolidated by years of experience in their own world: work, research, training, and dissemination.
A journey undertaken with other colleagues, which led me to improve and deepen the skills I had already acquired, to gain new ones, to improve my listening skills, and to grow as a person thanks to continuous exchanges.
Two intense years, of study and sacrifice, of difficult decisions that, among other things, crossed one of the most complex historical moments of our society.

Despite everything, we made it, achieving an excellent result that validates and strengthens the knowledge and skills that I put at your disposal every day, both for the management of the production chain of our extra virgin olive oils—which you reward us for by choosing them for your families and consuming them at your tables—and to help you manage your olive groves whenever you call us for the annual pruning.

But who is this mysterious new figure that, for the first time in history, is appearing in the world of olive growing?
It is a highly qualified person, with a broad mindset, who knows the sector in a comprehensive way, from the design of a new plantation to the marketing and enhancement of the olive farm as well as the product, passing through knowledge of the entire supply chain process.

A technician capable of thinking outside the box in a sector still too tied to personalisms, traditions, sayings, and clichés that no longer have a reason to exist and that entangle it, making it unable to truly network and express all its positive capabilities.

From today, this professional figure is at your disposal and you can find them in our company.
