Antonio Genovesi, owner of the farm, personally takes care of the olive groves. After taking part, as a surveyor and topographer, in the construction of the largest infrastructures built in the last twenty years in our Country, he left his career to devote himself fully to the restoration of the family olive groves.
In recent years he has therefore focused on his professional training, earning a second diploma in “Services for Agriculture and Rural Development” and an ITS diploma "Higher Technician Responsible for agricultural, agri-food and agro-industrial production and processing, specializing in the olive-growing and olive-oil sector (Evologo)". He is also listed in the “regional registers of expert olive-oil technicians” and in the “regional registers of certified pruners” of the Olive Pruning School.
He regularly attends meetings and training courses in olive growing, oil and olive quality, and good agronomic practices.

Our company has been active in the olive-growing sector since 1892 and is listed in the "National Register of Historic Italian Companies" of UnionCamere
Our goal is to bring to your tables a high-quality product, with the experience of tradition updated with the innovations of today and tomorrow, and support services with a high level of professionalism, with highly qualified staff. We strive to achieve this by making our history and our know-how available to you.
Tradition and study are meant to be our hallmark.
For this reason we decided to integrate, in the Company's Historic Headquarters, the Monti Ernici Oil and Olive Tree Museum.
By definition, a Museum is the place where material and immaterial evidence of humanity and its environment is hosted and made available to society; it acquires it, preserves it, communicates it and, above all, displays it for the purposes of study, education and enjoyment.
Our Museum preserves, in a permanent exhibition, an olive oil mill from 1952 and other artefacts of Ciociaria olive-growing and farming culture, as well as a small open agricultural library, freely accessible, with texts ranging from the early 1900s to the present day. For this reason it will be the venue for all communication and outreach activities.
In order to preserve and spread local agricultural culture, but above all to train and inform those who wish to approach this world, its studies and the development of agricultural techniques, we organize, in collaboration with expert technicians, dedicated and targeted outreach activities, such as courses on soil management, horticulture, fruit-tree pruning, olive-tree pruning, informed purchase and consumption of quality agri-food products, and introductory tasting paths through the tasting of farm products.

The recently adopted name Boville Ernica (Bauco until 1907) refers to the ancient past of the first Volscian then Roman city of Bovillae and to its belonging to the territory inhabited by the Hernici,
The farm has its roots deep in history. The Genovesi family has been farming for over four generations. Recent research in the family archive has confirmed that
